The hotel was wonderful and exceptionally clean, with patient and top-class staff at all times. We were upgraded to king room with 2 full size beds on check in.

Great sized room, large bathroom. Favourable, magnificent location in Manhattan district close to all the major retail shops and the subway station grand central, time square, Chrysler building.

The breakfast had nice choices and there were toast, yogurt, and eggs. My room with good sized bed and the bathroom, for instance was neat and updated. This accommodation was in the very central location easy to get a cab there. Popped in Ambassador Grill & Lounge for shots before sleep, it was a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.

The hotel was great and lovely, our room was impeccable, really enjoyed it. The staff were very very kind and polite and kept the place clean.

The rooms were all updated and tidy with a view of manhattan. The location was very central, close enough to attractions and mini supermarkets, the centre of Manhattan and all the downtown sites and close to the subway. The place was a few steps away from Pietro's, where you can have dinner.

Wonderful base for 8 nights with outstandingly accommodating and extremely accommodating staff at all times. Toast, yogurt, and eggs for breakfast. Nice sized room, exceptionally comfortable bed and good size bathroom.

The place was fairly clean and cool, had outstandingly accommodating staff at all times. The venue was set in the very central position really close to New York from Edinborgh Airport, the Empire State Building, Chrysler building and Bryant Park and Grand Central Station and Midtown.

I've had a good stay for a short business trip. Greatly enjoyed spending my time in this impeccably clean good budget hotel. The restaurant was great except for fast food and take out, I tried freshly cooked dishes. There was a bathtub, a plus for me. The stuff was attentive and caring, the bathroom was spotless. The location was amazing, only 5 minutes walk to Midtown East. The venue was a useful base for enjoying a very quiet area.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very friendly.

It has tastefully decorated and brand-new rooms to offer with 2 douple beds, from a perfect modern bathroom to a comfortable queen bed, for example. The breakfast was rich and delicious, nice to have cookies, toast, yoghourt, and eggs.

Useful facilities in general, excellent and ideal location to Grand central metro station. Complimentary breakfast with freshly made donuts, free hot drinks.

Brilliant location, helpful and friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, excellent amenities, great breakfast selection, 24-hour coffee/tea/water.

For us, it was ideal.

The hotel had a magnificent and brilliant location short walk from The United Nations. Plus it was in a pretty nice area.

Well, Wi-Fi connection was slow.
